flushing toilet groaning sound
Just used that as keywords in a search. Several answers point to a ballcock valve problem with the suggeston of wriggling it as the toilet is flushed and stopping when the sound stops. Having already done that, and yes the sound did stop but started again after a while, I guess it's time to call in a pro. Maybe we'll make a kungfu movie out of it. ( Read more... ) -
I've had better mornings.
I found an orange in the fridge. Good. I eat that. I also evicted a cat from the fridge. He's been trying to make a home in there since the weather turned warmer. Thank goodness he's too big to close the fridge door on, asphyxiated cats not being one of my culinary delights.
